In O.T.A. (Open To All), Ottilie Maters portrays a part of the Dutch Ballroom scene and uses it to discuss (self-)acceptance in today’s society. It tells how a mid-20th-century NYC counterculture became a well-connected global community, spreading awareness and teaching self-empowerment to those seeking it – now over 10 years active in Amsterdam.
